When you shop with us online or browse our website, we may collect:

-  information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notification and/or newsletters (including your name and email address);
When you use Reward Card to shop with us, or use Reward Card vouchers or coupons, we may collect:
-  Transaction information, including the purchases you earn Reward Card points for and how you use your Reward Card coupons and vouchers within Abercorn.
Any other personal information that you choose to send to/give us.
Before you disclose to us the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person's consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in acordance with this policy.


2.  How will we use the information about you?
Personal information will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the website.
We may use your personal information to:
- administer our website, reward card club and business;
- personalise our website for you;
- enable your use of the services available on our website;
- send you goods purchased through our website, instore or by phone;
- send statements, invoices and payment reminders to you, and collect payments from you;
- send you non-marketing commercial communications;
- send you email notifications that you have specifically requested;
- with your agreement, to send you our email newsletter (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require the newsletter);
- with your agreement, to send you information regarding your Reward Card (if you have subscribed to our Reward Card), including your statement, vouchers and coupons, details of events and any other information that we believe will be of interest to you (you can cancel your Reward Card membership at any time by contacting manager@abercorngc.co.uk);
- provide third parties with statistical informatin about our users (but those third parties will not be able to identify any individual user from that information);
- deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to our webiste, reward card scheme or business;
- keep our website secure and prevent fraud; and
- verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our website (including monitoring private messages sent through our website private messaging service.)
If you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that informatin in accordance with the licence you grant to us.
Your privacy settings can be used to limit the publictation of your information on our website, and can be adjusted using privacy controls on the website.

We would like to send you information about products and servics of ours which may be of interest to you.  If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-newsletter we send you or email manager@abercorngc.co.uk.

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password and firewall protected) servers.

This website uses cookies.  By using this site you agree to this policy and consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
