About Teak

Teak contains natural oils so treating the wood is not necessary and it requires little or no maintenance. Over time your teak will weather to a silver grey.

An occasional scrub with warm soapy water and a nail brush is sufficient to clean your furniture, but you can buy a proper teak cleaning kit and sand the wood with fine sand paper if it's required.

Don't be afraid of teak, it really is incredibly resilient and should last for years and years.
