About Teak:

Teak contains natural oils so treating the wood is not necessary and it requires little or no maintenance.

Over time your teak will weather to a silver grey. An occasional scrub with warm soapy water and a nail brush is sufficient to clean your furniture, but you can buy a proper teak cleaning kit and sand the wood with fine sand paper if it's required.
